Here I go with GM Diet plan for 7 days

Wait wait .. before that let me tell you that you should atleast take 8 to 12 glasses of water every day and also good amount of sleep every night. And yes please do train your mind for the diet regime that you are going to follow (coz we all know that everything is just a mind game you see ..😝 lolz that was a serious joke )

Ok now that’s really too much I know , please go ahead for day by day instructions for the diet .

Day 1 : Fruity fruity day… It’s a complete fruit day .. wow wait but bananas are excluded .

The most recommended fruit would be watermelon and watermelon and watermelon and only watermelon

If you need this plan to work effectively in your body, then you should only consume various kinds of assorted fruits throughout the day. If you feel hungry, try to eat more fruits and of course drink water.

You might definitely feel uncomfortable, dizzy, tired and give up , but no never listen to your brain in this case as I have told you it’s all just a mind game you see, that is why I have told you initially to train your brain instead will be a great idea.

Day 2 : Veggie veggie day.. it’s a complete vegetable day


You can cook them or choose to have them raw. The diet also recommends having a large boiled potato on the second day of your diet Avoid everything except vegetables today, Cook with items like cauliflower, zucchini, bell peppers, beets, carrots, onions, cucumber, lettuce, cabbage, potatoes and low fat butter or oil (one teaspoon).

Day 3 : Fruity veggie day..(veggies, cooked or uncooked + fruits except bananas and potatoes )

you can take fruits and vegetables for the entire day but make sure you do not touch Bananas from fruity section and potatoes from veggie section ( seems like the owner of the diet plan had problems with banana and potatoes.. hahahahah jokes apart)

Day 4 : Banana and milk … ohh my god you serious ???

Yippeee yes you heard it right , you need to take at least a minimum of 8 to 10 bananas throughout the day. Consuming a banana and a glass of milk in the morning followed by a couple of bananas during the midday will be an ideal start to day four. You can take a glass of milk and two bananas for lunch on day four. You can also take a couple of bananas in the evening or even three bananas and then take a couple of bananas and a glass of milk at night. There will be no sign of hunger at all throughout the entire day if you follow this simple day four and are allowed three glasses of milk.

Day 5 : Wooww some grains todayyy.You’re almost there!

Today, you can have some grains in the form of brown rice . You can also add tomatoes to your diet along with lean red meat, chicken, fish, cottage cheese, curd and cucumbers. The diet recommends having the GM Diet Soup during dinner which combines onions, tomatoes, cabbage, green peppers and celery with some salt, pepper, vinegar, lemon juice and herbs.

Day 6: Full meals… yaayyy!!! Hold on make sure u eat limited quantity.

Here too, you will be allowed to take a cup of rice in the afternoon for lunch and you also need to stick on to a vegetable diet for the rest of the day. It is also important for you to make sure that you take at least 8 to 12 glasses of water. This is the penultimate day of your seven day GM diet plan regime and you are sure to feel quite lighter than before by the sixth day.

Day 7: Whew! The last day consists of eating all the vegetables you can consume, fruit juices and brown rice. No meat. Make sure the fruit juice is not from a concentrate or bottled with added sugar. If you have access to a juicer, the sky is the limit with creating your fruit juices.

On day 8 you will see that you have lost huge amount of weight and also may even lose considerably more than that, up to about 17 pounds.

Do not consume anything else like soft drinks, sport drinks or any of the endless flavored beverages in your local market. No fruit juices are allowed until meal day 7.

When it comes to fruit juices:

Squeeze your own and avoid those with artificial sweeteners, preservatives and additives.

Avoid beans such as kidney, pinto, lima beans, etc. as they are high in starch and calories
